Refund Policy

Refund Policy

At TredAce, we are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all our research services. This Refund Policy explains the terms governing cancellation and refund requests for subscriptions to research services offered by TredAce, a SEBI Registered Research Analyst (Registration No. INH000028529).

Cancellation & Refund

Clients may request cancellation of an active research subscription by submitting a written request through their registered email address. Wherever applicable under SEBI regulations, refunds shall be considered only for the unexpired portion of the subscription period after deducting applicable charges.

Refunds, if applicable, shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis after deducting charges for research services already rendered, applicable GST and statutory taxes, administrative expenses, payment gateway charges, and any deductions permitted under applicable regulations.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests shall not be entertained under the following circumstances:

  • Losses arising from trading or investing in securities.
  • Market volatility or adverse market movements.
  • Dissatisfaction with research recommendations or outcomes.
  • Partial utilization of subscription services.
  • Failure to understand the scope of services before subscribing.
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable KYC documentation.
  • Voluntary discontinuation of services during the subscription period.

Market Risk Disclosure

Investments and trading in securities markets are subject to market risks. Research reports and recommendations are based on professional analysis and available information at the time of publication. TredAce does not guarantee profits, assured returns, or risk-free outcomes. Any investment or trading decisions taken by the Client shall be solely at the Client's own discretion and risk.

Refund Request Process

Eligible refund requests should be submitted from the registered email address along with the following details:

  • Client Name
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Registered Email Address
  • Transaction Reference Number
  • Payment Proof
  • Subscription Plan
  • Reason for Cancellation

Refund Processing

Approved refunds, wherever applicable, shall be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment. Processing timelines may vary depending upon banks and payment service providers.

Acceptance of Policy

By subscribing to any research service offered by TredAce, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Disclosure Documents, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
